About this product
Otter Creek Labs named the Infinity for how long it is meant to last. The body is 3D printed (DMLS) and heat treated Inconel with machined stainless steel end caps, and there are no barrel length restrictions and no firing schedule restrictions on magazine fed guns. On belt fed guns Otter Creek recommends cool down breaks: no more than 300 rounds of nonstop fire on 5.56 or 200 rounds on 7.62, using the vented end cap.
Three end caps are included, vented and solid, so the can can be configured for different hosts. The Infinity uses the universal 1.375x24 HUB rear thread and does not include a mount, so plan on a HUB compatible mount or adapter for your rifle. It measures 6.5" long and 1.75" in diameter and weighs 20 oz without a mount. A tube clamp and an end cap wrench are also in the box.
