Otis 45 Cal Bronze Bore Brush

The 45 caliber brush in the Otis lineup, cut for 45 ACP pistol barrels and anything else running a 45 bore. Phosphor bronze bristles have enough bite to strip carbon and lead residue out of the rifling while staying softer than the barrel they run through.

A brass stem carries the bristles, and the size is stamped into it so the brush is easy to identify later. The 8-32 thread is the Otis standard and fits their cleaning cables as well as conventional rods, which means the same brush works in a truck kit and on the cleaning bench.
