Noveske Pistol Thread Protector 1/2-28

A threaded pistol barrel spends most of its life without a can on it, and the threads sit at the muzzle where they are exposed. This Noveske protector caps 1/2-28 pistol threads and comes with an o-ring.

The body is knurled, which Noveske lists as being for easier grip. That matters on a part this small: spinning it off with cold or gloved hands is a lot easier with something to hold. Spin it off when the suppressor goes on, spin it back on when the can comes off, and the threads stay clean enough to index a mount correctly every time.
