MDT HNT26 Chassis for Remington 700 Short Action Folding ARCA

The short action version of MDT's HNT26 is the one most mountain hunters have been waiting for, since short action cartridges from 308 to the modern 6.5s dominate backcountry rifles. The chassis pairs a magnesium alloy core with a folding stock and a full ARCA forend, so the same rifle that rides folded against a pack frame clips straight onto a tripod when a shot sets up across a basin.

Chassis rifles earn their reputation for repeatable accuracy through rigid, consistent action bedding, and the HNT26 brings that to a package light enough that you stop making excuses to leave it home. The right hand inlet fits short action Remington 700 pattern receivers, the most common precision footprint in the country. Weight conscious hunters who refuse to give up precision features finally get both in one stock.
