About the Magpul M-LOK Index Stop
Magpul's M-LOK Index Stop is a reference point more than it is a hand stop. The support hand index finger finds it without looking, so the hand lands the same way each time and stays behind the muzzle on a short barrel.
It occupies half an M-LOK slot and rises an eighth of an inch off the rail surface, which matches the height of Magpul Type 2 M-LOK Rail Covers, so covers and stop can be run in a line without a step between them. The front and rear faces are ridged for grip, and Magpul molds the part from their own polymer. This one is flat dark earth.
