Luth-AR LR-308 DPMS Pattern Bolt Carrier Assembly

Luth-AR makes this carrier for DPMS pattern LR-308 rifles, the large frame AR platform most 308 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor semi autos are built on. It is cut to standard LR-308 dimensions, which are not the same as an AR-15 carrier and do not interchange with one, so the pattern matters more here than it does on a small frame build. Check yours against the DPMS pattern before ordering.

The carrier takes more abuse than almost any other part in the rifle. It slams back and forth under gas pressure, carries the bolt through every cycle, and collects the carbon the gas system sends back into the receiver. Having a spare on the bench, or replacing one that has been run hard for a few thousand rounds, is the difference between a rifle in service and a rifle in pieces.
