LaRue Tactical OBR QD Scope Mount

This is the LaRue Tactical OBR quick detach scope mount. OBR is the model designation on the box, and the mount is set up the way most shooters want one on a rifle that gets moved around: clamped hard while it is on the gun, off the gun by hand when it is not.

Quick detach is the point of the design. Release it and the optic comes off the rifle in a couple of seconds, for transport, for cleaning, or to get down to iron sights. Put it back and the mount clamps to the rail without a torque wrench or a set of hex keys. That is worth having on a rifle that travels in a case and needs to be shooting again as soon as it comes out of one.
