The Lantac E-BCG Enhanced 308/762 Bolt Carrier Group NiB Finish from Lantac combines precision engineering and advanced coatings to deliver improved mass, smoother lock time, and cooler operation for AR10 platforms. This DPMS-style 308 BCG is precision machined from 8620 steel with a 9310 bolt that's hard turned and ground, and all critical dimensions are finished after heat treat. The entire carrier assembly is NiB Electroless Nickel Boron coated with the patented UCT EXO process, offering extreme lubricity with a friction coefficient around .02 and surface hardness in the 82—85 Rockwell C range. Its patent-pending design features a shrouded, forward-facing gas port layout with resized gas vents that vent differently than standard carriers, helping the system run flatter with a smoother energy pulse, while operating cooler and cleaner and reducing upper receiver pressurization when using a suppressed barrel.
