Lantac AR-15 Ambidextrous Charging Handle

Lantac cut this charging handle for shooters who work the rifle with either hand. Both latches are oversized and ruggedized, which gives a gloved hand something real to pull against and cuts down on the snagging that thin factory latches are known for.

Gas mitigation is machined into the main handle to fight the flow of gas coming back through the upper receiver. That shows up on an over gassed rifle or behind a back pressure suppressor, where gas in the face is the usual complaint. The rear registration area is thickened for the same reason. Aluminum construction keeps the weight off the top of the receiver.
