Kaw Valley Precision AR-15 Reduced Power Trigger Spring Kit

Factory AR-15 fire control springs are heavy on purpose, and most standard triggers break somewhere in the eight to nine pound range. This Kaw Valley Precision kit swaps the trigger and hammer springs for lighter stainless steel versions, adds a matching disconnector spring, and pulls two to four pounds out of that number, usually landing around five or six pounds.

Nothing else about the rifle changes. The existing single stage trigger group stays where it is, the geometry stays the same, and the swap takes about as long as a normal detail strip. Kaw Valley recommends commercial primers once the lighter springs are in, and the work is straightforward for anyone comfortable inside a lower receiver.
