IWI Tavor X95 5.56 NATO 16.5" 30rd Bullpup Rifle

The IWI Tavor X95 is the second generation Tavor bullpup in 5.56 NATO. Putting the action behind the grip lets a 16.5" barrel live in a rifle only about 26.1" long, so you keep full carbine velocity in a package shorter than many SBRs, with no NFA paperwork. It runs a long stroke gas piston with a closed rotating bolt, takes standard AR-15 pattern magazines, and comes with one 30 round magazine.

Compared with the original Tavor SAR, the X95 adds a new fire control pack, moves the ambidextrous magazine release to the familiar AR-15 spot, brings the charging handle closer to center mass, and uses a smaller, lower profile bolt release. The forearm carries Picatinny rails at 3, 6 and 9 o'clock with removable covers, and the top rail takes an optic. Folding backup sights with a tritium front post are built in. The cold hammer forged, chrome lined barrel is threaded 1/2-28 at the muzzle, and the Tavor style grip can be swapped for a standard pistol grip and trigger guard. It weighs about 7.9 lbs.
