About the Inland I-CAN II 30
Inland's I-CAN II in 30 caliber is the larger bore version of the same can. It is 7.5 inches of stainless steel with a black ceramic finish, sized for the 30 bore rifle cartridges most people already own a rifle for.
The base is 5/8-24 direct thread, which is the standard muzzle thread on 30 caliber rifles, so it threads straight onto the barrel. There is no mount to buy, no muzzle device to install first and nothing to index. Stainless steel construction adds weight compared to a titanium can, and in exchange it shrugs off heat and hard use without much thought. Direct thread mounting has one more upside worth naming: with nothing stacked between the can and the shoulder of the barrel, the whole setup ends up as short as it can be for a can this length.
