Infrared-ID Coyote Thermal Imaging Target

Predator hunting after dark is mostly a thermal game now, and thermal optics do not see paper. That leaves most shooters zeroing on a hand warmer taped to cardboard and calling it practice.

This target is cut in a coyote profile so the image through the scope matches the animal, not an abstract blob of contrast. Practicing on the actual shape teaches where to hold on a standing dog versus a quartering one, which is the difference between a clean kill and a long night tracking. Set it at the distance you expect to call them into and run your drills the same way you would hunt.
