If you run a thumb safety on your carry gun, or want the option later, this is the version to buy. Everything else carries over: the module is machined from solid aluminum instead of molded polymer, and the added frame weight noticeably calms the muzzle on a pistol this small.

The 311 profile gives the P365 a full size, double stack grip with a memory hump on the backstrap so the hand lands the same way each time. Texture runs deep across the gripping surfaces and an accessory rail is machined into the dust cover. A hardened stainless recoil lug and set screw arrangement lock the fire control unit into the module with no slop. This one is shaped for left hand shooters.
