Hornady Custom 50 AE 300gr XTP 20rd Box

Hornady Custom 50 Action Express pairs the cartridge with a 300 grain XTP bullet. XTP stands for Extreme Terminal Performance: a jacketed hollow point built to open up in a controlled way and hold together for penetration instead of coming apart near the surface. In a cartridge this size that means a heavy, deep driving bullet that suits handgun hunting.

Hornady inspects Custom ammunition for consistency and picks cases, primers and powder specifically for handgun loads, so the box you buy this season shoots like the last one. Each box holds 20rds of 50 AE, enough to confirm zero and fill a hunting belt.
