Howa M1500 Fence Line Mini 6mm ARC 22" 5rd Scorched Earth Camo Rifle

6mm ARC was built for a semi auto, but it makes just as much sense in a bolt gun. Long, heavy 6mm bullets at moderate speed mean light recoil, long barrel life, and enough left downrange for deer sized game. Howa chambers it in the mini action, which is sized around short cartridges instead of stretching a short action to fit them. The barrel is 22" and hammer forged with a threaded muzzle, the barreled action wears Flat Dark Earth Cerakote, and the fixed synthetic stock is finished in Scorched Earth Camo.

Magazine capacity is 5 rounds. The Howa 1500 lineage brings an accuracy guarantee of 1" or better at 100 yards and the HACT two stage trigger, which is the single biggest reason these rifles shoot the way they do with no work done to them. Bolt throw is 90 degrees on dual locking lugs and a spring loaded M16 style extractor pulls the brass. The three position safety lets you unload on safe or lock the bolt shut, and the receiver is drilled and tapped so a scope mount goes straight on.
