Howa M1500 Fence Line 300 PRC 3rd Scorched Earth Rifle

The Fence Line is built around the Howa 1500 barreled action, a bolt action Howa has been producing since 1979. The bolt runs a 90 degree throw on dual locking lugs with a spring loaded M16 style extractor, and the three position safety lets you unload the rifle with the safety on or lock the bolt down for transport. Trigger duty falls to Howa's HACT two stage unit. The barrel is hammer forged.
