Howa M1500 Fence Line 30-06 Sprg 22" Bronze Scorched Earth Rifle

Howa builds the Fence Line on its own 1500 barreled action, and that action is where the rifle earns its keep. The 22" barrel is hammer forged, the bolt turns through 90 degrees on dual locking lugs, and a spring loaded M16 style extractor drags the empty case clear. Howa guarantees the barreled action to 1 inch or better at 100 yards. The HACT two stage trigger breaks clean enough that most owners never bother replacing it, and the three position safety lets you unload with the safety engaged or lock the bolt closed for a ride in the truck.

This one is chambered in 30-06 Sprg, the long action of the family and the cartridge with the widest reach in the group. Elk, moose, black bear and whitetail all sit inside its envelope, and every ammunition maker in the country loads for it.
