The Hogue 22270 Tactical Thumbhole Stock, crafted from durable synthetic material and finished with an OD Green overmolded rubber grip, delivers a balanced blend of control, ergonomics, and rugged reliability for Ruger 10/22 enthusiasts with a .920" diameter barrel and right-hand configuration. This precision-engineered stock reimagines traditional bolt-action ergonomics into a thumbhole design that promotes a natural, stable hold, reduces felt recoil, and enhances precision during rapid field shots or long-range practice. The synthetic construction stands up to harsh conditions while the OD Green overmolded rubber provides a secure, non-slip surface that shines in damp or muddy environments, making it a practical upgrade for hunting, target shooting, and tactical-inspired recreational use. Whether upgrading a classic plinker or outfitting a dedicated rimfire rig, the Hogue stock integrates seamlessly with the Ruger 10/22 receiver to improve balance, cheek weld, and overall shooting dynamics without sacrificing reliability. Its clean lines and professional finish complement the rifle's profile, delivering a cohesive, ready-to-use platform that supports steady, repeatable shots from field to range.
