HEVI-Steel was the first all steel load HEVI-Shot built, and the pitch is speed. This 16 gauge 2.75" shell pushes 15/16oz of #6 precision steel pellets at a listed 1400 fps, which HEVI-Shot puts above competing steel loads and credits for the extra energy the pattern carries downrange.

The pellets run 7.8 g/cc and sit behind what HEVI-Shot calls its best in class wad. Clean burning propellant and dependable ignition round out the build. HEVI-Shot aims the load at ducks and geese, where the combination of pellet weight and speed is what closes the distance on a bird. Packed 25rd to the box.
