Henry H1 Sporter 17 HMR 18.5" 12rd Rifle

The 17 HMR version of Henry's H1 Sporter puts a flat shooting rimfire cartridge behind an optics first setup. There are no iron sights on this rifle. A Picatinny rail is machined into the black aluminum receiver, and the 18.5" round blued barrel is threaded 1/2-28 for a suppressor or a brake. Capacity is 12 rounds.

17 HMR is the reason a lot of shooters keep a second rimfire around. It shoots flat, and it hits harder on small predators than anything in the 22 family. Pairing it with a lever action gives fast follow ups without breaking cheek weld, which matters when a coyote does not stand still for a second shot. The American walnut stock has a checkered pistol grip and a Monte Carlo comb that raises the eye to scope height, length of pull runs 14", and the whole rifle weighs 5.35 lbs. A quarter cock hammer safety handles carry in the field. Between the rail, the threads, and the walnut, it reads as a traditional lever gun updated exactly where it counts.
