Heckler & Koch VP9A1 K 9mm 4.09" 10rd Holosun SCS CA Compliant Pistol

The VP9A1 is HK's revision of the pistol that earned a reputation for making ordinary shooters shoot better, and the K is the compact member of the family. A 4.09" barrel and a shortened grip frame land it between a full size duty gun and a subcompact, which is the size most people actually carry every day. The A1 changes are all about the interface between shooter and pistol: a nickel Teflon coated trigger with a cleaner break, revised grip texture with interchangeable backstraps and side panels, improved ambidextrous controls, and a flared magazine well for faster reloads.

This configuration comes with a Holosun SCS optic mounted on the slide, backed by a high visibility tritium front sight and a clean serrated rear. The SCS runs on solar power with a battery backup and sits low enough to co-witness. Two 10 round magazines come in the box in this California compliant setup, along with four backstraps. The polymer frame with adjustable length of pull keeps weight low, and HK's paddle magazine release stays, which longtime HK shooters prefer and everyone else picks up inside a magazine or two.
