About the GrovTec HUB Direct Thread
HUB — Hybrid Universal Base — is the 1.375x24 rear thread standard that most modern suppressors are built around. This GrovTec adapter is the plain direct thread version of that interface: 1.375x24 on the can side, 1/2-28 on the barrel side, and nothing in between to fail.
It is turned from one piece of stainless steel, so there is no pinned or welded joint to shift under heat. The profile sits flush and low against the shoulder of the barrel, which keeps the can as far back as it will go and avoids clearance headaches with a handguard. Finish is black nitride.
