About this product
The GP7 is the 30 caliber member of Griffin Armament's General Purpose line. It threads directly onto a 5/8-24 muzzle, the common thread on 30 caliber barrels, with no mount system to buy. The bore is rated for cartridges up to and including 300 Remington Ultra Magnum, and it is full auto rated on calibers up to 308 Win.
The body is stainless steel with Griffin's baffle technology, 1.5" in diameter, with 3/4" wrench flats front and rear for normal use or installation under a long handguard. It comes pre drilled with a .125" pinning hole and can be pinned and welded on barrels as short as 9.5" to make a one stamp gun. The finish is Cerakote.
