GForce Arms GF5 Filthy Pheasant 12 GA 28" Shotgun

The GF5 Filthy Pheasant is GForce Arms' take on the traditional field over/under. This one is the 12 gauge with 28 inch ventilated rib barrels and 3 inch chambers, so it handles everything from light field loads for clays and upland birds to heavy 3 inch magnums in a goose blind. The barrels are chromoly steel on an aluminum receiver with a nickel finish, which keeps the gun around 6.4 pounds. Furniture is select grade Turkish walnut on both the stock and the forend, and a ventilated butt pad takes some of the sting out of heavier loads.

Five extended choke tubes come with it: Cylinder, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified and Full, all on the Benelli Mobil thread pattern, so replacement and aftermarket tubes are easy to find. A front bead and a brass mid bead help keep your cheek and eye lined up on crossing birds. Shell extractors lift empties for easy removal by hand. It is a break action gun with two barrels, no ejectors and nothing fancy to maintain, which is what a lot of pheasant, duck and chukar hunters want from a gun that rides in the truck all season. GForce backs it with a limited lifetime warranty.
