The Upland Deluxe is Fierce Firearms stepping outside the bolt action rifle world, and they did it by partnering with master gunsmiths rather than tooling up from scratch. What came out is a 20 gauge over under that handles the way a bird gun should. The 28" barrels swing without whipping around on you, the 20 gauge frame keeps carry weight down across a long day of walking, and the Schnabel forearm gives the front hand a place to index instead of a fat beavertail. The name says upland and the gun means it.

The stock is oiled Turkish walnut, checkered at the grip and forearm and shaped with a pistol grip for a natural hold and a fast mount. An oil finish rather than a gloss one means a scratch picked up in the brush can be rubbed out instead of sent away. The barrels are blued outside and treated internally to resist wear, which matters over the life of a gun that will see wet mornings and dirty loads. Seven extended chokes come with it, so you can set the pattern for close flushing singles or birds getting up at forty yards, and a hard case is included.
