About the Fierce Firearms Carbon Rival
300 PRC is a magnum that behaves itself. The case was drawn for heavy 30 caliber bullets seated out where they belong, and it does work that used to take a 300 Win Mag and a fair amount of optimism. A 22 inch barrel is on the short side for the cartridge, trading a little velocity for a rifle a hunter will actually pack up a ridge.
The Carbon Rival XP 2.0 carries it on a carbon fiber stock with an adjustable comb and tungsten finished metal. The barrel is held to match grade tolerances, and the bolt body is spiral fluted to lighten the lift. Feeding is from a dropbox magazine. The TriggerTech Primary ProCurve trigger adjusts externally, so setting a lighter pull does not mean taking the rifle apart on a kitchen table. The receiver arrives drilled and tapped for a base and QD flush cup mounts are built into the stock. On a magnum this size, a comb that adjusts is not a luxury.
