About this product
The Franklin Armory F17-X is a complete upper chambered in 17 Winchester Super Magnum that installs on a mil-spec AR-15 complete lower. It runs the Osprey Defense slim OPS piston system, which adjusts itself for suppressed or unsuppressed shooting, and uses Franklin's proprietary F17 bolt carrier. A 20rd magazine is included.
The 16" barrel wears an Aura muzzle device. The barrel is threaded 1/2-28 for a muzzle device or suppressor. The 15" proprietary handguard is M-LOK compatible with an integrated barrier stop, and the flat top is optics ready. A low profile gas block and standard charging handle round it out. Flat shooting and clean running, it is built for varmint and pest work.
