Escort PS 410 Bore 28" 4rd Mossy Oak Bottomland Shotgun

The Escort PS is a gas operated semi auto from Hatsan, and this is the full size 410 with a 28" vent rib barrel and a 3" magnum chamber. Stock, forend and barrel wear Mossy Oak Bottomland, the pattern made for flooded timber, marsh edges and river bottoms. The tube holds 4 rounds, and the included migratory plug drops it to 2 where hunting rules call for it. The chrome plated barrel is proof tested and steel shot suitable, and five choke tubes come with the gun: Full, Improved Modified, Modified, Improved Cylinder and Cylinder.

The receiver is aluminum to keep the weight near 6.2 lbs, and it has an 11mm groove for mounting an optic. A checkered, ventilated rib runs to a bead front sight. The synthetic stock has checkered grip panels and a rubber butt pad, and four stock shims let you change drop and cast so the gun lines up with your eye. Controls are simple: a manual cross button trigger safety and mounted sling studs for carrying. A light 410 like this is easy to tote on a long squirrel or dove hunt, and the soft recoil makes it a good gun to learn on.
