Edgar Sherman Design AR-15 Granite Grip Coarse Ranger Green

The Granite Grip drops the grip angle to 13.1 degrees, closer to vertical than a mil-spec AR-15 grip. That puts the wrist behind the trigger instead of under it, which is what most shooters want on a rifle they run off a bag or a barricade. The tapered body and flat front face give the hand one consistent place to land.

This is the coarse texture, the aggressive one. It is meant for gloves, wet hands and cold weather, and it wraps the entire grip rather than sitting in panels. The nylon body weighs about 2 ounces and comes in Ranger Green.
