The DNZ Hunt Masters 2-Piece Tactical Scope Mount for Savage Flatback Receiver (Fits 2003 & Older) LA/SA - 1" Medium Black is engineered to pair with Savage flatback receivers from the 2003 and older long and short actions, delivering a reliable, low-profile mounting solution that keeps your optics securely aligned through demanding field use. The front of the receiver is rounded while the back is flat where mounts attach, and the base screws measure 6-48 x 1/4 inch with ring screws at 6-40 x 5/8 inch, all operated with a 7/64 inch Allen wrench for solid, repeatable torque. Precise hole spacing on both front and back mounts is .86 inches, with back mounts taller than the front to accommodate the receivers lower rear profile. The system accommodates both standard rings, 0.63 inches wide, and Tactical rings, 0.80 inches wide, with standard rings using two screws per ring and Tactical rings using four screws per ring for enhanced rigidity. Mount height options from the top of the receiver to the centerline of the scope tube include low (.92 inches), medium (1.05 inches), and high (1.17 inches) to suit a variety of optics setups and shooting preferences, making this DNZ mount a versatile choice for hunters who demand precision and durability.
