The Del-Ton 16'' 1x7 Light Weight Mid Length Rifle Kit w/ 15" MLOK Handguard delivers a complete upper assembly that is head spaced and test fired, paired with a buttstock and a full lower parts kit, though it does not include a lower receiver or magazines, with additional options available for upper bolt and carrier, charging handle, handguards, flash hiders, gas blocks, and barrel customizations to tailor performance. This rifle kit features a mid length light weight barrel built from Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with M4 feed ramps, a 16" length, 1x7 twist, a threaded muzzle, and an A2 flash hider, all manganese phosphated and paired with a phosphated under DT I low profile gas block for reliable cycling. The chamber is chambered in 5.56x45 mm, and the bolt and carrier are a Mil-Spec phosphated 8620 steel carrier assembly with a Carpenter 158 bolt, heat treated and plated, chrome lined carrier interior, and a chrome lined carrier key properly staked and sealed. The upper receiver is forged 7075 T6 aluminum, hard coat anodized Mil-Spec with an A3 flat top, M4 feed ramps, ejection port cover, round forward assist, right hand ejection, and the bore surface coated with dry film lube over the anodized finish. The 15" MLOK free float handguard provides versatile accessory mounting, and the buttstock is an M4 5-position reinforced fiber stock on a Mil-Spec sized tube, delivering a robust build for customized configuration and reliable field use.
