About the Dead Air Blast Shroud
This Dead Air kit pairs a blast shroud with the DA429 KeyMo adapter, threaded 1 3/8-32. The shroud is meant to cut the concussion from short barreled rifles and pistol caliber carbines by pushing flash and blast forward of the muzzle, and it keeps muzzle rise down so you hold your sight picture.
The KeyMo adapter locks the shroud onto a Dead Air KeyMo muzzle device. The shroud has a .458 bore. Kit weight is 7.6 oz.
