About the DoubleTap DT Longrange Match
DoubleTap's DT Longrange 308 Win load steps up to a 175gr boat tail hollow point. The heavier bullet stays supersonic longer and bucks the wind better than 168gr loads, which is why many 308 shooters pick 175gr for longer distances.
DoubleTap describes it as accurate, flat shooting and hard hitting, a load for consistent groups at long range. It runs 2700 fps from a 22" Remington 700 barrel and about 2625 fps from an AR-10. It suits precision bolt rifles as well as 308 gas guns. Each box holds 20rds.
