Comstock Armory Compact Facemount Muzzle Brake 9mm 1/2-28

Facemount muzzle devices exist for barrels that never got a proper shoulder, and there are more of those around than people think: the PSA AKV, Tavor and X95, VZ 61 and some SCAR 16s. This compact Comstock brake clamps against the face of the barrel instead, so it torques down square with nothing to index on.

The bore is opened up for 9mm, which puts it on pistol caliber carbines, and the threads are 1/2-28. The nose takes .900x24 adapters, so a Plan-B, Comstock LPA or Rearden Atlas suppressor mounts on top of it while the brake eats blast that would otherwise wear the first baffle. Stainless steel, black nitride, and no timing shims to fuss with.
