About the Coast PTX35R 500 Lumen
Coast put a focusing beam on a pistol light, which almost nobody does. Pull back on the bezel and twist, and the Snap Focus system swaps between a tight ULTRA-RANGE spot for reaching across a yard and a wide CLEAR-VIEW flood for clearing a room. Output stays at 500 lumens either way.
The Tru-Fit mount clamps onto universal and Picatinny rails with no tools and no bag of plastic inserts to sort through. Power comes from the rechargeable pack over USB-C, and a CR123 primary cell drops in as a backup when there is no time to sit on a charger. The body is sealed to IP54.
