Citadel Boss25 12 GA 18.75" 5rd Texas Flag Shotgun

The Boss25 is Citadel's magazine fed 12 gauge, and this one wears a Texas flag treatment across the steel receiver. Feeding from detachable box magazines rather than a tube changes how the gun gets run: reloads happen in one motion, loads can be swapped by swapping magazines, and two 5 round magazines come with the shotgun. The barrel measures 18.75 inches, is chambered for 3 inch shells, and is threaded at the muzzle with a brake fitted.

Mounting is handled by Picatinny rail on the top of the receiver and another section on the lower forend, so an optic and a light can both go on without adapters. Folding raised tactical sights are fitted and adjustable, which keeps a usable sighting system on the gun when the optic comes off or the battery dies. The synthetic buttstock has an adjustable cheek piece so the comb can be raised to match whatever is mounted up top, and a pistol grip gives a more upright wrist angle than a traditional shotgun stock. For a defensive 12 gauge that reloads like a rifle, this is a lot of hardware in one package, and the state flag receiver gives it a look nothing else on the rack has.
