Christensen Arms Mesa FFT Buckmasters 6.5 PRC 22" Rifle

Christensen Arms built the Mesa FFT around a simple idea: take a stainless steel precision platform and make it lighter without making it flimsy. Flash Forged Technology does that through the stock, a carbon fiber sporter shell that trims weight while keeping the forend stiff enough to stay off the barrel. This is the Buckmaster Limited Edition, so the stock carries the black and orange finish exclusive to that run. The 22 inch stainless #4 contour barrel is free floating, hand lapped and match grade, and the muzzle is threaded for a brake or a suppressor.

The action is spot bedded, the receiver comes drilled and tapped for a scope rail, and a skeletonized bolt handle keeps the weight down where a shooter feels it. TriggerTech supplies the trigger. Chambered in 6.5 PRC, this rifle sits in the sweet spot between a magnum and an everyday deer cartridge: it carries velocity well past where most hunters shoot, bucks wind better than a 6.5 Creedmoor, and does it without punishing recoil. Pair it with a suppressor and it becomes a rifle you can spend a whole day behind.
