CCI Pest Control carries 100gr of #9 shot in a rigid plastic capsule that breaks apart on the rifling, so a 38 Special or 357 Magnum handgun throws a pattern instead of a single bullet. It is a short range answer for snakes and rodents where a missed shot is not an option.
