Bushnell R7 3-15x50mm Fiber Holdover Riflescope

The Bushnell R7 3-15x50mm covers most of what a general purpose rifle asks for. Three power is wide enough for timber and quick shots, fifteen power is enough glass to pick apart a small target at distance, and the 50mm objective pulls in light at the front and back edges of legal shooting time when the animals actually move.

The reticle is a fiber holdover design sitting in the second focal plane. That means the holdover marks keep the same visual size across the whole magnification range, so there is one sight picture to learn instead of a reticle that grows and shrinks with the power ring. Second focal plane is the easier setup for hunters who dial power up and down through a stalk. Finish is matte black.
