About this product
BSF cuts this 6mm barrel at 20" with a 1:7.5 twist for bolt action rifles. Twenty inches is enough tube to keep most of the velocity the bore is known for while holding overall length and weight down.
A 1:7.5 twist is fast for a .243 bore - one rotation every seven and a half inches - and that rotation is what long, aerodynamic 6mm bullets need. No chamber, shank or thread specification is given, and none is assumed here; confirm all three before ordering.
