About this product
The Bruin is Dan Wesson's long slide 10mm, and the Thunder Paw is a custom edition of it. This one runs a 6 inch non threaded barrel and an 8 round magazine, and the slide is optics ready so you can add a red dot for longer shots in the field. The rear sight is adjustable, and the front is a tritium sight for low light.
A beavertail grip safety and G10 grip panels help manage the recoil of full power 10mm loads. Overall length is 9.7 inches and the pistol weighs about 43.9 ounces unloaded. It comes with one 8 round magazine. This is a handgun hunter's 1911 platform built for heavy loads, with the fit and finish Dan Wesson is known for.
