Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed SPR CF 308 Win 18" 4rd OVIX Rifle

This is the 308 Winchester version of Browning's X-Bolt 2 Speed SPR Carbon Fiber, and at 18 inches it carries the shortest barrel in the line. SPR models run 4 inches shorter than the standard Speed so a suppressor does not turn the rifle into a pole. The stainless barrel is wrapped in carbon fiber, free floated, finished with a target crown, threaded 5/8-24 and topped with a Recoil Hawg muzzle brake. Overall length is 38 inches, which makes it easy to handle in a tree stand, a blind or a truck cab.

The Vari-Tech stock adjusts for length of pull and comb height, and the sporter and vertical grips swap to suit how you shoot. It is dressed in OVIX camo with black overmolded grip panels, over metal finished in Cerakote. The short action feeds from a 4 round magazine, the DLX trigger adjusts, and the top tang safety works with Browning's bolt unlock button. X-Lock bases take four screws each for a solid scope mount. At roughly 6 lbs 12 oz it is a light, compact 308 that works as well for whitetails as it does behind a can.
