Browning Citori Hunter Deluxe 16 GA 26" Shotgun

The 16 gauge has a loyal following among upland hunters, and the Citori Hunter Deluxe gives it a proper home. Browning scaled the receiver to the 16 gauge instead of dropping 16 barrels onto a 12 gauge frame, so the gun stays trim and quick at about 6.1 lbs. The barrels are 26 inches with a vent rib and 2.75 inch chambers, and the Citori's full width hinge pin and tapered locking bolt give the lockup that has kept these guns in the field for decades.

The steel receiver is finished in silver nitride with gold enhanced game scene engraving, set against polished blued barrels. The stock and forearm are checkered walnut with an Inflex II recoil pad, and a silver bead front sight keeps the rib uncluttered. Three flush Invector-Plus choke tubes come with it in Full, Modified and Improved Cylinder, along with a flat wrench. It is a gun for grouse woods, pheasant fields and quail cover, where a light 16 carries all day and still hits hard enough.
