Walther PDP Promo: Free Vortex Venom Red Dot Through Dec 31, 2026
by Shooting Surplus
What the promotion is
Buy a new Walther PDP or PDP F-Series pistol between November 1 and December 31, 2026 and Walther sends you a free Vortex Venom enclosed micro red dot. Walther puts the optic's value at $290. It is a gift with purchase, not a discount at checkout: you claim the red dot from Walther after the sale with your receipt, and the optic ships to you later.
The terms and the claim link are on our Walther PDP free optic promotion page.
Walther PDP Pro SD Compact, 9mm, 18+1, 4.6 inch threaded barrel.
Who qualifies
Any new PDP or PDP F-Series counts: Compact, Full Size, Pro, Match or Steel Frame. The gun has to be bought new inside the window, and the offer is open to US residents 21 or older. One claim per serial number, so two pistols means two claims.
A few models are left out. PDP models that already come with an optic installed, the PDP Professional ACRO and the SMU, do not qualify, and neither do Meister Manufaktur pistols. Purchases made with a law enforcement, VIP or IOP discount do not count either.
Two things to plan for. The optic uses the DeltaPoint Pro footprint and Walther does not include a mounting plate, so you will need the plate that matches your slide before the Venom goes on. Walther also says optic supply is limited, so claim early rather than late.
Dates to know
- Buy between November 1 and December 31, 2026.
- Claim online by January 31, 2027.
- Allow 6 to 8 weeks for the optic to ship after your claim is accepted.
How to claim
Claims are online only. Nothing goes in the mail.
- Buy a qualifying new PDP and pick it up at your dealer.
- Keep the receipt. It has to show the store, the date and the model.
- Write down the serial number from the pistol. Walther asks for it on the claim.
- Go to waltherpromos.com, fill in the claim and upload your receipt. The full terms are on Walther's promotion page.
- Submit before January 31, 2027, then allow 6 to 8 weeks for the optic.
One more detail from the terms: if you return the pistol under Walther's 30-Day Money Back Guarantee after claiming the optic, Walther takes $290 off the refund.
The PDPs we stock
We have 79 qualifying PDPs in stock as of November 1. The Compact line covers most buyers: the PDP Compact Optic Ready 9mm with a 4 inch barrel and 15+1 capacity in black, the same pistol with a gray frame and ambidextrous controls, and 10-round Compacts in green and tan for buyers who want or need the lower capacity.

For a full-size gun, the PDP Full Size 9mm with a 4.5 inch barrel and 18+1 capacity has the gray frame and the optic ready serrated slide. California buyers have a 10+1 CA compliant Full Size in the product cards below. The Pro line is covered too: the PDP Pro SD Compact pictured above adds a threaded barrel and an 18+1 magazine, and the Pro-X Full Size and Pro-X Compact are in the cards.
