HUXWRX Launches the FLOW 9 M Modular Titanium Suppressor
by Shooting Surplus

What happened
HUXWRX Safety Co. launched the FLOW 9 M on October 2, 2026. The Firearm Blog reports it is a lightweight modular suppressor built to run in two configurations, short or long, on a range of host firearms. You pick compact handling or a full-length can depending on the gun and the job, and the suppressor is available now according to HUXWRX.
The FLOW 9 M uses the company's FLOW-Through design, which directs propellant gas forward out of the suppressor. The stated goal is less back pressure and less gas in the shooter's face, with reliable function on the host gun. That is the same idea behind the FLOW rifle cans we already carry.
Darrell Morrow, HUXWRX's Senior VP of Commercial and LE Sales, said the FLOW 9 M lets shooters "move between compact and full-length configurations within one adaptable system."
The specs HUXWRX published

- With the booster fitted, weight goes to 8.3 ounces short and 10.5 ounces long. Length added to the barrel is 6.1 inches short and 8.3 inches long.
- Calibers: 9mm, .22 LR, .17 HMR, 5.7, .300 Blackout in both subsonic and supersonic loads, and .350 Legend.

What it means for buyers
A modular pistol-caliber can is nothing new, but the caliber list here is wide for one suppressor. The same unit is rated for a 9mm pistol, a rimfire, a 5.7 and a .300 Blackout rifle, and it swaps between the two lengths. For a buyer who wants one tax stamp to cover a pistol, a pistol-caliber carbine and a rimfire plinker, that is the pitch.
The flow-through design matters most on gassy hosts. Shooters who run suppressed pistol-caliber carbines or short .300 Blackout rifles tend to notice back pressure and gas blowback quickly. HUXWRX's whole line is built around pushing that gas forward, and the FLOW 9 M brings it to the pistol-caliber side of the catalog.
Keep the weight in context. The published figures are for the bare can. Add the booster and you are at 8.3 ounces for the short setup or 10.5 ounces for the long one, which is still light for titanium.
What to do
We do not have the FLOW 9 M listed yet. Our HUXWRX stock today is on the rifle side, and if you are shopping for a FLOW-Through can right now, those are the ones to look at. Every suppressor is an NFA item: it ships to a licensed dealer, you file an ATF Form 4 through that dealer, pay for the tax stamp, and take it home only after ATF approves the transfer. Plan for that process before you pick a can.
The HUXWRX FLOW 556 Ti is the 5.56 QD suppressor from the same family, with the same forward-venting design, and it is in stock now.

For .308 and other 7.62 hosts, the FLOW 762 Ti kit in Flat Dark Earth comes with a 5/8x24 muzzle brake in the box. It is also in stock.

If you already own a HUXWRX rifle can and want to move it between guns, we carry the brand's mounting hardware too, including the HUB-QD Adapter 2.0 for 1.375x24 HUB-threaded suppressors. Browse the full suppressor category for everything else in stock, and watch this blog for the FLOW 9 M when it lands.
