Athlon Midas HMR 4-24x50mm SFP Illuminated APRS-H2 Riflescope

Athlon's Midas HMR 4-24x50 covers a wide span of shooting with one optic. Four power is workable inside a hundred yards where a field of view matters more than magnification, and 24x is enough glass to hold a small target well past where most centerfire rifles get used.

The APRS-H2 is a MIL based reticle and it is illuminated, so the center stays visible against a shadowed target or a dark treeline at last light. It sits in the second focal plane, which keeps the reticle the same visual size through the whole magnification range and puts the subtension values at the top setting. Hunters usually prefer that arrangement, since a second focal plane reticle never shrinks to a thread when the power ring comes down.
