Arken VPR 7-35x FFP MRAD Riflescope

The Arken VPR is a first focal plane scope with a 7x to 35x magnification range and milliradian turrets. First focal plane means the reticle grows and shrinks with the magnification, so a hold measured at 12x measures the same at 30x and there is no zoom setting you have to remember before ranging off the stadia. That behaviour is why competition shooters and anyone reading wind off a reticle keep coming back to FFP glass.

Turrets move in milliradians to match the reticle, which keeps corrections in one unit from the spotter's call to the dial. A 7x bottom end is more magnification than a general purpose scope starts at, so this one is aimed at known distance and precision work rather than close field shooting. At the top of the range the mirage will often decide how much of the 35x you can actually use, which is a good problem to have on a scope built for the flat ranges.
