Alpha Foxtrot AF1911 Romulus Comp 9mm 4.25" 20rd Pistol

The AF1911 Romulus takes the 1911 layout and updates nearly everything behind it. Frame and slide are stainless steel under a black DLC coating, the magwell is flared, and an injected polymer grip module wraps a double stack magazine holding 20 rounds of 9mm. The 4.25" bull barrel is ramped and compensated, so muzzle rise gets cut down without bolting a separate device onto the front of the gun.

The rest of the package reads like a competition build. The slide is cut for an optic and comes with a MOS adapter plate plus RMR and RMSc plates, so most common red dots mount without hunting for extra parts. Night sights glow when the light goes flat. The slide release is extended, the thumb safety is ambidextrous, and a Picatinny rail sits under the dust cover for a weapon light. The pistol is hammer fired with a single action trigger, which is still the reason people reach for a 1911 pattern gun over a striker gun. Five magazines and a carry case come with it. Between the compensator, the mass of a steel frame, and 20 rounds on tap, this is set up for practical competition as much as anything else.
