The AGM NVG-50 is a dual-channel night vision system from AGM Global Vision that delivers true stereoscopic vision with a wide 51-degree field of view, allowing a substantial visual area without needing to move the binoculars, while its compact, lightweight composite housing ensures durability in demanding environments. This Gen 3 Auto-Gated White Phosphor Level 1 image intensifier tube provides crisp detail with a resolution of 64-72 lp/mm and a magnification of 1x (with a 3x option), supported by a 19 mm lens system for sharp focus from 0.25 m to infinity. An integral infrared illuminator with dual power levels and flood lens enhances close-range reading in the dark, and the device offers bright light cut-off and an automatic shut-off for added safety. The NVG-50 supports hands-free use across a broad range of mounts, including AN/PVS-7D, AN/PVS-14, AN/PVS-7A/C, AN/PVS-15, AN/PVS-18, and mini-rail interfaces, with preinstalled NVG and bayonet/horn interface shoes and an optional NVG Interface Shoe with Connector for battery pack integration. Operating on a single CR123A or AA battery, it runs up to 20 hours (up to 80 hours with the optional battery pack), and is designed for versatile helmet or head-mount use in extreme temperatures (-40 to +50 C).
